Total Delivery Date is based on the time it will take to tailor your costumes/made to order + the time is taken for the finished item to be shipped to you. 

Most products Total Delivery Date = Processing Date (1-2 Weeks) + Shipping Date (4-18 day)

New products or complex products Total Delivery Date = Processing Date (1-3 months) + Shipping Date (4-18 day)

Tips
For our shipping, please provide a valid contact number, postal code at the shipping address. DO NOT enter P.O Box/APO/FPO address.

Delivery is usually done from Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays, working hours only.

In certain circumstances, some country may charge custom taxes for the purchase from other countries. Please kindly note that the buyer should be responsible for the Custom Tax of his country, thanks for your understanding.

Delivery Failure Handling Policy

We are committed to delivering your package successfully. Please note:

1. Initial Delivery Failure: If the initial delivery fails due to recipient reasons (e.g., no one to sign for it, incorrect address, unreachable phone number, etc.), the package will be temporarily stored at the local branch.

2. Subsequent Solutions: In this case, you have two options:

· A. Self-Collection: You can collect your package yourself during branch business hours with valid identification and tracking number. We will provide you with the branch's specific information.

· B. Request a Second Delivery: You can contact us to request a second delivery. Please note that this service may incur additional delivery fees, the amount of which will be determined based on the logistics company's quote, and delivery time cannot be guaranteed.

3. Package Detention: If you do not choose any of the above options during the package detention period, the package may be automatically returned or destroyed after the logistics company's stipulated storage period (usually 7-15 days).

4. Return Processing: For packages that are returned due to customer-related delivery failures, we will not be able to provide free resending or a refund. After the return, you can choose:

• We will resend the item to you, but you will need to bear all international and local shipping costs.
